Apartment Occupancy
 

One Bedroom Apartment

  • Maximum 2 adults  (2 included in rate)

Two Bedroom Apartment

  • Maximum 4 adults  (4 included in rate)

Two Bedroom Apartment with Bunk Bed

  • Maximum 5 adults  (4 included in rate)

Three Bedroom Apartment

  • Maximum 6 adults  (6 included in rate)

Extra person tariff available at $25 per night extra
 

Please note, this rate/occupancy is for bookings made direct with Beaches Resort Holiday Apartments, not through online agents.

We cannot supply extra mattress or change our standard bedding configuration (ie singles into a Queen).
 

Reservations of Apartments

Linen

  • All apartment linen included in rate. 

  • Bring your own beach towels (limited supply available for hire fee)

 

Room Service  

  • Apartments are not serviced during your stay unless requested:

    • Full Linen Change (Towels and Sheets only) – $30

    • Full Room Service (Linen Change + Vacuum/Clean) – $50

    • Extra Bath Towel – $5

  • Wet Beds/Mattresses requiring treatment – $100

  • Rates subject to change without notice.
     

Bookings

Whilst we will endeavor to provide you with your requested / booked apartment, there are no guarantees.
 

  • Check-in:
    2PM - 4PM.

  • Check out: 
    No later than 10:00AM.

    • Late checkout may be available for $20/hour or part thereof- must be arranged prior to departure day. ​

  • Bond:
    A valid credit card or $100 damage bond must be paid on the day of arrival. Your bond will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, less any necessary charges.

  • Minimum Check-in age: 
    19yrs, photo ID required. Otherwise, booking will be cancelled.

  • Local Stays: 
    Photo ID must be provided at check-in. If guest staying is a resident of the 2444, 2446, 2443, 2440 postcodes, the 'schoolies' policy applies. We reserve the right to refuse entry to those that are not able to pay the security bond of $2,000.00 

  • Schoolies Reservations: 
    Schoolies groups (under 19 yrs) have enjoyed staying at Beaches Resort Holiday Apartments in the past, and we will continue to welcome them so, as long as we do not experience any problems. However, we impose certain conditions on these bookings which are not negotiable.
    We do this for the benefit and safety of all guests staying at our Resort. To date, we have not kept any of the security monies held, as all our schoolies groups have behaved responsibly and still had a great time.
    We charge a $2,000.00 security bond for each apartment. This must be paid a minimum of 6 days prior to your arrival date, made via bank transfer. This payment will be refunded on the day of departure (approx. 2-4 hours later, via bank transfer), after the room has been checked for damage and cleaned.
    Types of costs likely to be deducted from security bond:

    • Smoking or vaping on the property. This includes balconies and garage,​

    • Breakages or damage to the apartment or complex common property,

    • Rubbish not removed from the apartment or left outside the apartment,

    • Washing up/ dirty dishses etc left in the apartment,

    • Excess dirt/mess around the apartment requiring extraordinary cleaning,

    • Food left in the fridge, or left in or around the apartment or surrounds,

    • Audible apartment noise to cease at 10.00pm, so as not to disturb other guests quiet enjoyment (any refunds of other guests due to noise disturbance, will be met from the bond),

    • The security bond along with all other monies paid will be forfeited if any person in the group allows another person that is not a registered guest in the apartment or on the premises, causes a disturbance, causes any damage to the apartment, apartment contents or the building,

    • All persons in the group will be asked to leave immediately if any of these conditions are not met, with a full loss of accommodation monies paid,

    • All members of the group must provide photo ID on arrival,

    • All memebers of the group must sign the consent form acknowledging and agreeing to the conditions with the loss of the bond (or a portion of the bond), loss of accommodation monies paid and eviction possibilities.

 

Payment

  • Deposits required at time of booking:

    • 1 Day = 100%

    • 2 Days = 50%

    • 3+ Days = 30%

    • Special events = 50%

    • Special Deals/Offers = 100% (not cancellable, $40 reschedule fee within Deal limit)
       

  • Balance of account: 
    Payable on day of arrival and not subject to refund for shortened stay. Remaining balance of your stay will be automatically charged to your provided credit card on the morning of your arrival, unless you have advised otherwise. Payment can be made via bank transfer, however, to avoid double payment, ensure all funds are processed at least 3 working days prior to your arrival date. Send through confirmation to our email address.

     

  • Cancellations:  
    28 days notice of cancellation or part cancellation is required for a deposit to be refundable. All refundable deposits are subject to a $50 cancellation fee plus any commissions already paid.

  • No Show: full amount of booking is payable.

  • Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: full amount of booking is payable.

  • Amendments: Any amendment that lessens the stay or rate will be charged at the original cost.

  • Extra Costs:

    • Cots & high chairs must be pre-booked. Charges apply.

    • Guests are responsible for any fees or charges incurred in relation to breakages, loss or damage to the unit & common property resulting from their stay, including any additional cleaning, repairs or replacement items.

    • All Rubbish and Recycling to be removed from Apartments and place in bulk bins in the Garage – $15 service fee if required.

    • Excess Cleaning Charge where food and/or rubbish left on Furniture or the floor – $20

  • Smoking:
    Beaches Resort Holiday Apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside Apartments, or anywhere on the property (including balconies and garage). If smoking in apartments, or on premises, you will be removed from the premises with no refund of accommodation, and a fee/charge applies – $250.
    No smoking applies to cigarettes and all tobacco smoking devices, as well as vaping.

  • Pets:
    Stictly no pets allowed. Failure to follow this will result in cancellation of your reservation, removal from premises with no refund of accommodation and a cleaning fee/charge applies - $250.

  • Parties:
    No approval will be given for any function or party.
    Parties strictly not allowed on site and all outside noise to cease by 10pm.
    Failure to follow will result in removal from the premises with no refund of accommodation, and a fee/charge of up to $500 applied.

Local Special Events (ie: Ironman, 1/2 Ironman, State Touch Cup etc) –

  • $50 Booking Fee at time of booking, if 50% deposit is not paid at time of Booking. This is non-refundable.

  • The 50% Deposit is payable 6 months prior to event, if paid at time of Booking, the Booking fee is waived. 

  • The remaining 50% balance will be charged to nominated Credit Card on the day of Arrival. (This is to streamline the checkin process).

Seniors 7-night Special

  • The main guest must hold a NSW, VIC, or QLD state "Seniors Card", and show it on check-in.

  • Failure to provide a valid seniors card at check in may result in the standard room rate being charged.

  • A deposit of (at least) one night is required to secure your reservation, 

  • All guests must be over 40 years old. If guests are under this age, the standard room rate may be charged.

  • $777.00 for 7 nights for a standard Two Bedroom Apartment. Rate is for up to 4 guests.

  • $987.00 for 7 nights for a standard Three Bedroom Apartment. Rate is for up to 6 guests.

  • Valid for stays from 1st Feb 2024 to 1st Dec 2024. Seniors 7-night Special is not available on dates of local special events, (ironman triathlon, state cup events) or NSW school holidays.

  • Seniors 7-night Special can not be applied to an already exisiting reservation.

Payment Types Accepted

  • Please note that due to the health and safety of our staff, we cannot accept cash.

  • We are unable to process EFTPOS cards.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex Credit Cards and Debit Cards. 

  • You may also direct transfer to our bank account below. If you are paying the balance of your accommodation, please do so at least 3 working days prior to your arrival date to avoid overpayment.
